Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available within 15 days of payment if a payment was made by mistake or in error. The refund request must be made in writing and sent to hello@erktrust.com, including the transaction details and reasons for the refund.
2. Processing of Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving a valid refund request. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
3. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for donations or payments made as part of a voluntary contribution unless the payment was made by mistake.
